This piece is the second work in a two‑part soundwave study exploring the visual form of voice — not as a literal recording, but as a conceptual shape of presence, memory, and emotional resonance. Built on a handmade wooden cradled panel wrapped in canvas, the work layers acrylic paint, resined wood elements, and metal to form a vibrant, tactile waveform. Unlike the monochrome restraint of Study I, this piece moves through a full spectrum of color, echoing the complexity, variation, and lived fullness of the voices we carry within us.

The interplay of matte and gloss finishes heightens the dimensionality: matte areas ground the composition while gloss surfaces catch the light, creating a shifting sense of movement across the piece. The custom floating frame completes the work with a clean, contemporary edge.
