Triptych Abstract Art Carrying Light Across Time
Harvest Glow is a three-panel mosaic artwork filled with molten golds, burnished coppers, and warm metallic tones that shift beautifully with the light. As the room brightens, hidden copper veins catch and reflect the glow, a quiet reminder that warmth and resilience often rise from the shadows
Why It Belongs in Your Home: Harvest Glow adds instant warmth to your space through rich gold and copper tones. It creates a welcoming focal point above a mantel, console, or entryway, and brings natural light to life as the metallics shimmer and shift throughout the day. The palette pairs well with raw woods, natural linens, and earthy textures.
What Makes It Special: Built from layered fragments that carry a sense of memory and renewal, this piece glows with soft metallic depth. The balanced composition blends warmth, movement, and subtle contrast, and the hand-crafted triptych design adds dimension and presence. It’s a one of a kind work from the Held Together series.
Materials & Technique
I build each piece on handmade wooden cradled panels wrapped in canvas. The mosaic surface is made from cast fragments that cure to a smooth, stone-like finish, and I tint and place each one by hand to create subtle shifts in color and texture. I paint the wooden trim for warmth and finish the surface with a combination of matte and gloss varnish for protection and tactile contrast. The custom floating frame is finished with a soft, non- reflective matte spray,
